TL 6624 STEBBING HIGH STREET 10/385 (East Side) 20.2.67 Town Farmhouse
GV II
House C16 with later additions and alterations and wing to rear. Timber framed and plastered with batten panels and long wall jetty with 4 brackets. Red plain tiled roof, hipped to right with gabled dormer. 3 range, C19 3 light casements with margins to first floor, ground floor has 2 bays with decorative panels. All windows with square leaded lights. Central recessed board door with 2 lights and reveal panels, approached by steps. Two large square red brick chimney stacks. Internally are moulded floor joists, stop chamfered beams and simple crownpost roof. RCHM 25.
