House. Probably early C14. Hall with 2 crosswings. Timber framed and plastered, with exposed saltire bracing to crosswing gables and exposed brackets. Plain red tiled roof with 2 gabled dormers. 4 window range of diamond leaded casements. Central doorway. Central red brick concertina chimney stack. Crown post roofs to both crosswings. Top plate scarfs stop- splayed with under squinted butts and 4 face pegs. Detailed drawings in "Development of Carpentry 1200-1700 C.A. Hewett. 1969. RCHM5
