House, now 2 cottages, was a workhouse. E.C18. 2 Storeys and attics. Plain red tile roof with gabled dormers. Timber framed and plastered. 5 window range C20 casements. C20 doors to R. & L. side wall. 2 red brick chimney stacks. Exposed framing to right end wall, with curved bracing. RCHM 67
