Old Frognal Court
GV II
Detached house. c1785. Built by T Pool. For Sir TS Wilson Bt.
Late C19 and C20 extensions. Yellow stock brick. 3 storeys and
semi-basement. 3 windows and 3 window extensions on west side.
Former central entrance replaced by early C20 round-arched
stone portico at junction of later extension. Right hand bay
with mid C19 canted bay rising through basement and ground
floor. Wooden architraved sashes with blind boxes and some
shutters. Wooden modillion cornice and brick blocking course.
At rear, plaque over garden doorway inscribed "Erected by Sir.
T.S. Wilson Bt. 1785". INTERIOR: not inspected.
