Terraced house with main facade forming end of the terrace Nos
22-46 Albert Street (qv). c1845. Yellow stock brick and
rusticated stucco ground floor. 3 storeys and basement. 2
windows to Albert Street facade, 1 window to Mornington
Street. Doorways on Mornington Street facade; No.68,
square-headed doorway with C20 door, approached by steps with
cast-iron railings. To the left, entrance to No.69 in rendered
portico with panelled door and console-bracketed cornice head
and fanlight. On top of the portico, a rectangular brick
single storey 1 window excrescence. Mornington Street facade
with recessed sashes; ground floor with margin glazing. Upper
floors, architraved sashes; 1st floor with cast-iron
balconies. Stucco parapet with moulded cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings to areas.
