Terraced house. Early C19. Yellow stock brick, return to Wren
Street refaced in multi-coloured stock brick. Rusticated
stucco ground floor and stucco quoins to upper floor. 2
storeys. 1 window and 2-window return (1 blind). Pakenham
Street elevation with 2 sash windows at ground floor. 1st
floor with single, architraved tripartite sash with cornice
and segmental pediment. Entablature with projecting cornice
surmounted by a stucco parapet with balustraded section above
the window. Round-arched entrance on the return with pilaster
jambs carrying cornice-head; panelled door. Architraved sashes
to 1st floor and 2 small attic sashes breaking into the
entablature. Stucco parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings to areas.
