Pair of small houses and attached hall. C18. Roughcast render on rubble; steep dry slate roof with hipped end on the left; rendered axial stack; hall (No.10) with steep corrugated iron roof. Overall L-shaped single-depth plan, the houses each with probably 2 rooms flanking a central entrance hall. 2-storey houses, single-storey hall; 4-window range and 3-window range. Nos 12 and 14 have early C19 16-pane hornless sashes except for C20 casement to right of No.12; glazed lean-to conservatories. No.10 has tall transomed windows. Panelled doors. INTERIOR: not inspected.
