The following building shall be added to the list:-

Small house. Circa mid C17, remodelled in C18 and extended in C19. Timber frame largely rebuilt in Flemish bond red brick. Plain tile roof with gabled ends. Brick external gable end stacks. Plan: 2-room plan; kitchen left and parlour right, both heated from gable end stacks and with direct entry into the front of kitchen. Walls largely rebuilt in brick in circa C18. In C19 an outshut was added at rear and later in C19 a small unheated 2-storey wing was built behind the left-hand room. Exterior: 2 storeys. Not quite symmetrical 2-window south front. Small C20 2-light casements, ground floor with cambered brick arches. Doorway to left of centre with canopy on shaped brackets and C19 panelled and glazed door. At rear the roof is carried down as catslide over outshut on left and to right a narrow 2-storey gable-ended wing; on the west side of wing a C19 2-light casement on first floor. Interior: Left room has chamfered axial beam with notched stops and large brick fireplace with rough chamfered timber lintel. Right-hand room has boxed-in axial beam and C19 chimneypiece in C18 style. C18 and C19 joinery including panelled and plank doors, some with wrought iron hinges. Chamber in rear wing has C19 cast-iron grate. Chambers in main range ceiled but wall-plate, jowled wall-posts and tie-beams exposed.
