3/53 Old Budna Farmhouse 4.12.80 - II
House. Circa 1600 with C19 alterations. Timber framed construction with brick infill and some rebuilding in brick. Partly roughcast rendered. Thatched roof. T-plan, 2 storeys. E elevation: ground floor has 3 sash windows with glazing bars, first floor has one 2-light and 2 3-light casements. 4 flush-panel door to LH, under C19 gabled wood porch with wavy- edged bargeboards. Red brick double ridge stack serving back-to-back hearth in line with front door. Red brick single ridge stack to RH.
