2/101 No. 110 (formerly No. 62) and adjoining outbuildings parallel to Water Lane 7.12.62 GV II

House. Circa 1600. Timber framed construction with rendered exterior, that to front incised to imitate ashlar. Clay tile roof. 3-room plan, 2 storeys. 2 3-light casements to ground floor, one 3-light and 2 2-light casements to first floor. Off-centre front doorway has part glazed door, and doorhood on cut brackets. 2 red brick chimney stacks. E elevation (to Water Lane) has plinth of coursed limestone rubble and brick, and is jettied at first floor. The single storeyed outbuildings bordering Water Lane are timber framed, half with a limestone rubble plinth and roughcast render, half with frontage rebuilt or encased in brick, the whole with clay tile roof.
