PODINGTON FARNDISH SP 9263-9363 14/369 Grange Farmhouse (formerly listed as "Scotts" (Grange Farm) 13.7.64
GV II
Late C17 house. Coursed limestone rubble. Now has concrete plain tile roof. Stone gable coping with moulded kneelers. L-plan. Two storeys and attics. Paired ashlar chimney stacks with projecting moulded string course and cornice. S.E. elevation has three first floor 3-light leaded casements with stone mullions and cavetto drip moulds. Ground floor has similar configuration of openings except that the central one has been modified to take a single light window and C20 door. Similar windows to rear wing.
