STAGSDEN WEST END SP 94NE 10/509 West End Farmhouse - - II
Large multi-period farmhouse. Front wing is C19, coursed limestone rubble, with old clay tile roof. Brick gable end stacks. Two storeys. Three first floor windows, outer pair 3-light, central 2-light; all casements with leaded panes. Two 3-light ground floor similar windows each side of large modern stone and tile gabled porch. Behind the front wing, on a parallel axis is a lower C17 wing in timber framing with an old clay tile roof. Its rear elevation has some side sliding sashes with glazing bars. There is a small outhouse in similar construction, one storey and attics, attached to one gable end. At right angles to the earlier wing, forming a T plan with it, is a two- storey limestone wing.
