2. 1913 in nondescript traditional style. Red brick, tiled roof with square cupola. 2 storeys, each floor has 2 lattice casement bay windows with wood mullions and transoms. 2 narrow end windows to first floor and central half glazed door to balcony. Modillion roof cornice, continuous ground floor frieze and cornice on Doric end pilasters.
