FRANCES DRIVE
Old School House
(Formerly listed as HIGH STREET NORTH (East Side) Dunstable Grammar School)

1887-94 by E R Robson. Free Tudor style. Built of red brick with stone dressings, tile-hanging and red tiled roof. Above the entrance is an octagonal tower surmounted by an octagonal bell turret. To left of entrance is hall with large mullion and transom windows and central octagonal fleche on roof. To right of entrance is two storey wing, ground floor of brick and stone, first floor tile-hung. Timber framed dormer.
