1. 5125 HIGH STREET SOUTH (East Side) Chew's House TL 0221 2/22 25.10.51.

II* GV

2. Circa 1715. Brown-red brick, with red dressings and quoins. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys. 5 sash windows with flat arches. 8-flush-panel, 2-fold door with oblong fanlight, cornice hood breaking forward over consoles. Stone blocking course above each console carries little black boy in contemporary English dress with white collar and buttons. Gable end of roof has moulded open pediment. Plaque in tympanum containing clock face. Tall wood white-painted cupola astride pediment. Square drum. Circular bell turrett.

Nos 65 to 75 (odd) with Chew's House and Front Walls form a group.
