House. Circa mid to late C19. Stone rubble side wall with slate-hung front
elevation and slate roof with gable ends and brick end chimney stacks.
Probably originally a pair of double depth 2-room houses with entrances in small
projecting porches on right and left of front elevation.
2 storeys and attic with almost symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with pair
of projecting hipped entrance porches to right and left with entrance doors in side
elevations. 2 C19 4-pane sashes with C20 window in centre of main range. First
floor with 3 C19 4-pane sashes with moulded and exposed sash boxes with 2 gabled full
dormers above with similar 4-pane sashes.
Interior not inspected.
Prominent on Fore Street visible from harbour.
