GII Two houses.Circa mid C19.Stone rubble basement,slate-hung above with slatehanging partly replaced with asbestos slate on front of number five.Slate roof with hipped ends and deep overhanging eaves.Brick chimney stack on side elevation corbelled out above basement.Plan comprises probably two one-room houses with number 5 forming range to front with entrance on right leading to stair hall and entrance on left to basement. Number 7 to rear has side entrance.Two storeys and basement to front elevation on Church Hill,three-storey rear elevation to Middle Street and side elevation to connecting road between.Regular single-window front to Church Hill with sash windows replaced with C20 P.V.C.fenestration.C19 Six-panel doors to basement on left and entrance on right.Elevation to number 7 with C20 door,and three original C19 sashes with margin glazing bars and moulded and exposed sash boxes.Interior of number 5 with C19 stair intact with wreathed and ramped rail and stick balusters.Forms part of group in Church Hill.
