1860 by Thomas Harris Smith. Italianate. Two storeys. Coursed limestone rubble in varying bands with ashlar quoins and bands and rough-faced battered sandstone plinth (this has rounded and pointed string over). Hipped slate roof with moulded brackets to eaves. Arcaded windows on first and ground floors (rounded intrados, pointed extrados on latter with labels), grey and yellow ashlar quoins. First floor has moulded string and impost strings. Two storey porch to left: pointed doorway with blind tympanum and label, one window on each face. Main elevation has on first floor an arcade of five windows with flanking round headed windows; the arcade has carved caps on engaged shafts. Five windows on ground floor, the right hand one over two doors.

On corner of return to north are two levels of nook shafts on first floor. North front has arcade of five windows on first floor (sashes) with free standing columns, carved caps and a central stone bracketed balcony. Three arches on ground floor, centre for narrower tall round headed door.
