A former vicarage, now a flat and house, dating to around 1800 and built on the site of an older structure.

MATERIALS: built of coursed rubble and with slate roof.

PLAN: of two storeys and on a 'T'-plan with the right-hand bay slightly set back.

EXTERIOR: the front elevation has three glazing bar sashes to the first floor and a large three-light oriel bay window to the right (west). All the ground floor windows are plate glass sashes. There is a door to the left (east) near the 'T'-plan extension, it has six raised and fielded panels. The return elevation of the 'T'-block has three glazing bar sash windows.

INTERIOR: the hall dates to the early C19 with a panelled dado and a wide arch (on segmental pilasters) with a decorated panelled soffit. There are cast iron balusters to the staircase.
