Double-depth plan with central hall and rear stair. 2½ storeys; 2 principal fronts, one to High Street, the other to La Providence (and visible from High Street). Fine wrought-iron balconies with palmettes (to lower rail) and festoons (to upper rail) all supported on cast-iron console brackets. Sash windows to side and rear, the latter with semi- circular stair turret.
