LENHAII LENHAM HEATH ROAD TQ 85 SE (south side) Sandway 4/200 Home Farm House and Nos. 1 & 2 Home Farm Cottages II House, now house row. Nos. 1 and 2 C15, Home Farmhouse early-to- mid C19. Timber framed. Nos. 1 and 2 clad in fishscale tiles. Farmhouse weatherboarded with tile-hanging to gable ends. Plain tile roofs. Probably hall house with Home Farmhouse replacing left end bay. 2 storeys on stone plinth. Farmhouse much taller. Half-hipped roof to left end Farmhouse, hipped roof to right end No. 2, with gablet. 4 stacks; rear stack to left of Farmhouse and red brick stack projecting from right gable end at junction with No. 1. Multiple brick ridge stack off-centre to right of Nos. 1 and 2, and projecting brick stack with stone base to right end No. 2. Irregular fenestration of 2 glazing-bar sashes to Farmhouse, and three 2-light casements to Nos. 1 and 2. Central panelled door with 2 top lights under trellised porch to Farmhouse, boarded door with rectangular light towards left end Nos. 1 and 2, and boarded door towards right end, slightly to right of stack, both latter with flat hoods. Parallel rear range to Farmhouse, red brick with occasional grey headers in Flemish bond with weather- boarded gable. 2 storeys with half-hipped roof. Interiors not inspected.
