GV II
Coach House to Milgate House,now house. Late C17 or early C18, converted in late C20. Chequered red and grey brick with plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attics on stone plinth with string course. Some alterations below eaves. Roof hipped at right end and hipped with gablet at left end. Small stack in left hip. 3 hipped dormers. Irregular fenestration of 2 mullioned and transomed windows with leaded lights on first floor and C20 half-glazed first-floor door off-centre to right. Ground floor has 6 C20 French doors with segmental heads approximately in original openings. C19 extension to left with 2 semi-circular-headed openings formerly taking double doors, with top lights over. Area over doors rebuilt in C20. Listed for group value.
