GV II
Circa C18 red brick house divided into two dwellings. (Oak Farmhouse is on right.) On sandstone foundations. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. String band between ground and first floors. Two storeys. At ground floor segmental arched openings to all windows and doors - two 3-light and one 2-light casements with glazing bars, and two 4-panelled doors with plain door- cases. Three first floor segmental arched windows, two 3-light and one 2-light casements with glazing bars. Two brick ridge chimney stacks.
