2. Cl7 timber framed nucleus, with whitened brick on stone foundations, The left-hand portion is roughcast. Early C19 sash windows and one bay. Old and new tiles with 3 gabled dormers. Inn sign of 1898 commemorating the authenticated visit of Queen Elizabeth I to the village in 1575. Later wings enclose 3 sides of a court. Group value.
Park Cottage and Queen Elizabeth I's Arms Public House form a group with Cottage next to Park Cottage, Hill Cottage, and Bridge Cottage in Hill Lane. Park Cottage, Queeen Elizabeth I's Arms Public House, Cottages occupied by Mrs Pass and Mr Finch, The Old Smithy, Drakely Cottage and Cottage North of Drakely Cottage form a group.
