Details

EAST ILSLEY BROAD STREET SU 48 SE (North side) 3/36 Corace House G.V. II House. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Brick front, grey headers and red stretchers, timber frame with rendered infill to west with brick extensions; tiled roofs. Main block lobby entry plan running west to east, 2 extensions at right angles to north parallel with each other, that to east C20, that to west C19 altered C20. 2 storeys, brick dentil course to eaves of south elevation, large central ridge chimney to main block, chimney and bread oven to north of C19 block. South Elevation:- Early C19 front of paired cross glazed sashes flanking central door, ground floor sashes with cambered heads; 2 panel bolection moulded door in doorcase of pilasters, fluted frieze, dentilled cornice and pediment. West Elevation:- brick C19 extension with C20 first floor to left with two C19 sashes, C17 gable to right with full timber frame exposed, 3 light casement in gable.
