Former Schoolmaster's House adjoining All Saints Parish Centre (Former All Saints School) on south side, and part of original group 1854-57 by G.E Street, brick in same style. Two storeys, gable with chimney on left hand flush with wall and breaking eaves. Steeply pitched plain tile roof terra cotta ridge tiles. Small hipped dormer on right hand. Polychromatic brick relieving arches and pointed arch over entrance. Two, three-light casements ground floor. Semi-circular heads.
