Circa 1840-50 two storey stock brick villa. Low hipped slate roof having central broad ridge chimney stack with battered terracota pots. Double fronted with two two storey canted brick bays, breaking through flat eaves, with rendered cornices and blocking courses. Three windows to each in rendered surrounds, no glazing bars. Framed rendered panel with blank shield to centre of first floor. Three panel door with rectangular fanlight. Tent roof, scrolled cast iron trellis porch carried across between cantedbays.
