House, formerly accommodation for gardeners on Eythrope estate. Circa 1880-90, possibly by W. Taylor of Bierton, for Alice de Rothschild. Left bay part ashlar; second bay with half-timbered and tile-hung upper storeys each jettied on beam ends; two bays to right with red and vitreous brick to ground floor and colourwashed roughcast above. Tiled roofs, brick chimneys with pilasters. Picturesque. Mostly of two storeys, the second bay with third storey and half-hipped gable. Wooden casements. Included for group value.
