WOKINGHAM RECTORY ROAD SU 8168 NW (South east side) 18/6 Nos. 1 and 3 G.V. II Service wing, now offices, to and adjoining No.41 Broad Street (Colborn House) listed separately 18/7. Mid C19, altered mid C20. Brick, slate gabled roof. 2 storeys. Corbelled brick eaves. 2 corbelled ridge chimneys. Sash windows with glazing bars and gauged brick arches, irregularly spaced. Ground floor has 2 sash windows and one smaller to left of 4 panelled entrance door to No.3, in moulded architrave frame with pediment. 3 sash windows on first floor. One bay sash windows to right of this; one additional sash on ground floor then a 4-panelled entrance door to No.1 under a segmental arched brick head.
