Details
THE SQUARE 1. 5193 No 12 (L F King) (formerly listed as Minster Ice Cream Parlour) SU 0000 SE 2/110 14.6.52 II GV 2. C18. Rendered walls. Tiled roof with slate eaves course. Brick stacks. Two storeys and attics. Ground floor has modern shop front. First floor has 2 double hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars only. Attic has 2 dormers with lead flat roofs and pivoted windows with glazing bars. Note. This appears to have been one building with Wilson and Son High Street qv and shares with it a blocked window at first floor level, smaller and possibly earlier than the existing windows in both buildings. RCHM Monument 35.
