Farmhouse now house and cafe. Late C17 with C20 alterations. Painted slate
rubble walls, under graduated greenslate roof with large square slate chimney
stack. 2 storeys, 5 bays. C20 door in plain opening under painted stone
lintel. C20 windows in plain reveals, all under wooden lintels. Left bay is
open and used as a wood store. Rear has 3 C19 gabled extensions. Interior has
beamed ceiling, inglenook with hood, heck partition, panelled spice cupboard and
salt cupboard recess. Former external C17 studded plank door is now mounted as
an internal wall feature.
