Pair of semi detached cottages. c1760, originally outbuildings to house demolished c1835 (Hutchins) and converted to cottages at this time. Brick walls, tiled roof hipped at right end. One brick stack at left end; one in centre and one nearer right end. One storey and attics. No. 1 at right end, has lean-to porch at right end, with door in side wall and one casement in front wall. In main house, ground floor has 2 casements with glazing bars under segmental arches. Attic has 3 hipped dormers with casements with glazing bars. No. 2 at left end, has lean-to porch with ledged door. Ground floor has 3 casements with glazing bars under hoodmoulds and gauged arches. Attic has 3 hipped dormers with casements with glazing bars.
