Garden wall north of Burn Hall and garden house attached.

Garden wall and house attached. Late C18 and early C19. Sandstone rubble,
thinly rendered, with sloped stone coping; inner leaf of brick; later
section of brick. Garden house attached to stone wall is of rendered rubble
with ashlar and brick dressings; no roof.

Long curved wall enclosing garden on side facing river has garden house
attached and heated section at north end with stone outer leaf. C19
wrought-iron gate in round brick arch in later section. House of 2
storeys, 3 bays; roofless; flat stone lintels to empty door and windows.
Wall coping partly obscured by plants, and house derelict at time of
survey.
