Farmhouse and outbuilding. Mid C18 farmhouse has late C19 alterations and refenestration. Early C19 outbuilding. Farmhouse has pebble-dashed masonry front with coursed rubble returns and rear; Welsh slate roof and rendered brick chimneys. Rubble outbuilding has Welsh slate roof.
Farmhouse has symmetrical 3-bay front of 2 storeys plus attic. Central 6-panel door and 4-pane overlight in open, late C19 pedimented porch on slender wood columns. Flanking, ground-floor tripartite windows in moulded concrete surrounds. 4-pane sashes, with projecting sills, and low, flat-coped parapet above. 3 dormers with segmental tops and paired, side-hung casements. Steeply-pitched roof has raised verges and end chimneys.
Long, single-storey outbuilding, adjoining right return of farmhouse, has 2-storey, returned gabled to left. Scattered C19 and C20 fenestration and 2 blocked doorways to right. Projecting C20 brick addition to right and detached buildings to rear not of special interest. Outbuilding formerly listed separately.
