CORFE CASTLE WEST STREET (West side) SY 96 82 7/158 No. 10 (formerly listed as part 20.11.59 of "Fairhaven and shop adjoining Fox Inn on South") GV II Small cottage in terrace. C17. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roof, brick stack at right end. One storey and attic. Ledged door. Ground floor has one casement with centre horizontal glazing bar. Attic has one hipped dormer with similar casement. Rear wing in matching construction, formerly a bakery. (RCHM). A National Trust property. (RCHM, Monument 120. Dorset. Vol. II).
