II House, now storage buildings. Early C18. Coursed sandstone rubble, with ashlar dressings and irregular quoins, on boulder plinths; eaves raised in coarser rubble. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central boarded door has stone jambs with top blocks under stone lintel. Similar lintel and flat sill to 4-pane light at left, and with stone jambs at right. 3 wide first- floor windows have plain stone surrounds, the central with central mullion and the outer with 4-pane lights. Right end chimney of thin courses of rubble with top band. Rear shows high platform at right to first-floor porch.
Interior: bolection-moulded chimney piece in ground-floor room contains cast iron range, concealed at time of survey; deep narrow beams, with curved soffits, support slightly-chamfered wide joists. Stone-flagged floor. First-floor room has fireplace with plain stone jambs and lintel, cast-iron oven. Rear porch contains stone stairs. Probably originally a separate dwelling on each floor.
