2. A pair of C18 cottages standing endwise to the road and approached equally from Station Road and Poplar Lane. 2 storeys. 'Fernwell House' is of red brick with a tile-hung side elevation. 'Ferndale' roughcast. Tiled roofs and 2 sashes each with glazing bars intact. Simple doorcases. No. 43 (Fernwell House) No. 45 (Ferndale) shall be amended to read: No. 43 The descriptive notes should be amended to read: With No. 2 Poplar Lane a pair of C18 cottages standing endwise to the road and approached equally from Station Road and Poplar Lane. 2 storeys.
