Farmhouse. Dated 1814. Coursed ashlar and gritstone with gritstone dressings. Welsh slate roofs with stone gable end stacks and stone eaves stack. Two storeys, double range plan. South elevation of three bays, ashlar faced with angle quoins. Central doorway with bracketed stone hood. Raised and fielded panelled door with glazed overlight. Flanked on each side by glazing bar sashes, set in raised stone surrounds. Three similar windows above. North elevation has a doorway with lintel dated 1814.
To the right, a two-light square section flush mullion window, the lintel inscribed DAIRY ROOM. Similar window above missing its lintel, the sill inscribed CHEESE ROOM (these windows were inscribed Dairy and Cheese Room in order to avoid paying window tax). East elevation with two large four-light square section flush mullion windows.
