1. GREAT WALTHAM THE VILLLAGE 5213 (West Side) The Hoppit TL 6913 23/197
II GV 2. A C18-Cl9 timber-framed and plastered house. 2 storeys. 3 window range on the east front and 2 window range on the south front, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A central 6-panel door with the upper panels glazed has a flat hood on brackets. Roof tiled, double pitched, With gables at the north and south ends.
All the listed buildings in the Village form a group (Dweina and No 1, Elm Cot and Lime Tree Cottage and Almshouses are buildings of local interest).
