1. BROOMFIELD CHURCH GREEN 5213 BROOMFIELD Broomfield Hall TL 7010 25/29 29.12.52. Broomfield II

A timber-framed and plastered house of C15 origin built on a half H shaped plan, with late C17 alterations and additions, and later alterations to the south-west wing. 2 storeys, attics and cellars. the north front has 4 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. There is a Tuscan style porch. Roof tiled, with 2 C16-C17 chimney stacks. The interior is said to have the newel post of a former circular staircase. (RCHM 5).
