TL 7240-7340 RIDGEWELL THE GREEN 6/23 Little Cottage (formerly 21/6/62 listed as part of group of three cottages) GV II Extension, C18, of early C16 long-jetty house, now a separate cottage. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. One bay added at the SE end of the house which now comprises The Nook and Oak Cottage, with connecting doorways at both floors, now blocked, and internal chimney stack at SE end. C20 extension to rear. SW elevation, C20 glazed door, one C20 casement window on each floor, conservatory/porch enclosing door and lower window. The interior has exposed framing. Ridged roof. Included for Group Value with The Nook and Oak Cottage.
