An early C19 buff coloured gault brick house with a main block facing west and
a wing extending to the east. Tile main block is 3 storeys. 3 window range
on the west front and 1 window range on the south, double-hung sashes with glazing
bars in plain reveals. The ground storey has coursed stucco on the ground storey
with a C20 shop front. The south front has a C20 bow shop window in C18 style
with glazing bars. The wing is 2 storeys. 2 window range, C20 casements.
The ground storey has a C20 shop. Roofs slate.
No 23 and Hill House form a group with the Constitutional Club and
the House and Shop occupied by Cameron Chemist, Great Square.
