A small late C16 or C17 timber-framed building. Probably originally a small-
holders farmhouse of the hall-kitchen and parlour type. The walls are now cement
rendered with imitation framing. 2 storeys and attics. C19 and C20 windows.
There is a battened door with fillets and nails. Roof tiled, steeply pitched,
with 2 dormer windows. The interior has some exposed framing.
