House. Early C19, extended in C20. Plastered brick, roofed with slate. Rectangular plan facing NE, with 2 rear stacks. C20 2-storey extension with flat roof to rear left, and single-storey lean-to beyond. 2 storeys. 5-window range of original sashes of 12 lights with square heads and crown glass. Off-centre 6-panel door (lower panels flush, middle panels fielded, top panels glazed) in pedimented doorcase with panelled jambs and soffit; one stone step. Low-pitched hipped roof with long overhanging eaves. C20 casement in left return. No apertures in right return; some painted brickwork visible at ground floor only. Both stacks rebuilt above roof level in C20 red bricks.
