House and shop, now restaurant. C18/early C19. Plastered, roofed with slate and handmade red plain tiles. Main range facing WSW, with rear additions. 3 storeys. Ground floor, C20 shopfront with central glazed door. First floor, 2 early C19 sashes of 16 lights with crown glass, one with a moulded architrave. Second floor, 2 C20 sashes of 12 lights with horizontal panes. Front pitch of roof shallow and slated, rear pitch steeper and tiled, with one C20 casement in a lean-to dormer. Included for group value.
