Barn. Early C14, altered in late C16 and C17/C18. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with corrugated iron. 4 bays aligned NW-SE, extended to SE by one bay in C18. Complete aisle to NE, rebuilt in C17/C18. Late C16 midstrey to SW. 2 bays of aisle to NW of it, rebuilt in C17/C18. C20 lean-to extension to SE of it, incorporating the frame of an earlier and smaller lean-to extension. Roof half-hipped at both ends. The C14 structure comprises the jowled arcade posts, with arched braces to the arcade plates and the tiebeams, and the NW end wall. The arcade plates have splayed and tabled scarfs with undersquinted butts, edge keys, face keys and face pegs. 2 lengths of the SW arcade plate have been renewed in the C17/C18. The aisle walls have been rebuilt in the C17/C18 with unjowled posts and primary straight bracing. The midstrey has jowled posts and straight bracing trenched inside heavy studding. The SE bay has unjowled posts and primary straight bracing. The roof has been rebuilt in clasped purlin form in the C17/C18.
