GV II

House C17 or earlier core with Cl8 and C19/20 alterations and additions. Timber framed and plastered with red plain tiled roof. 2 storeys and cellar. 3 window range of double hung sashes with glazing bars. Central red tiled porch with C18 6 panelled door with light. Red brick chimney stacks to left and right. There is a heavy chamfered beam in cellar and C18 brick floor. Cl8 panelled doors, tread and riser stairs, original chimney place and a row of servants bells. Traces of moat NW and S of house.
