Details
ST BRIAVELS CHURCH STREET SO 50 SE (east side) 6/164 Castle Villa with railings and gate GV II Dwelling in row. Early C19. Rendered, concrete tile roof. Two storeys, 3-windowed 16-pane sashes, but central window 12-pane, marked on voussoirs extending beyond openings, central 6-panel door and fanlight, trellis porch with semi-circular head. Extension left not included. Across frontage cast-iron spear-head railings and decorative gate in sandstone piers and set to dwarf sandstone wall, sandstone pillars at each end, railings returned to house front at left end. Part of a modest row facing the grounds of the Castle (qv).
