LATIMER ASHRIDGE LANE) SP 90 SE 2/84 LEYHILL COMMON The Swan Public House II C17 timber-framed house, originally extending further to the north, now a public house. Two bays, 2 storeys. Colourwashed render. Framing exposed to north gable. Casements. C17 thin brick stack at left of north gable. Old tile roof. Right hand bay 2 storey gabled projecting bay with entrance and fake timber framing to upper storey and gable. Rendered range at rear. Inside chamfered and stopped spine beams and much exposed framing.
