First floor central dummy window. 6 fielded panelled door in architrave surround under cut bracketed hood. Corbelled brick cornice, 1 gabled dormer.

No 39A, Fern Cottage, No 39, 40A, 40, 41, 41A, 42, 42A, 43, 44 and Christadelphian Chapel form a group.
